We are servicers for [redacted] and have a billing office located in JohnstownBecause of [redacted] being short handed on servicers, we occasionally go out of our service area (Denver area) to accommodate [redacted] [redacted] fell in to this category and we did have to reschedule due to road conditions for the first appointmentUpon the second appointment time frame, Eric G [redacted] called the customer stating that we do not normally service customers on Saturday, but understood that she needed her dryer servicedEric was located in Castle Rock, CO at the time of the callHe asked [redacted] to reschedule if possible, if not he would be there after the time window due to the distance of his drive [redacted] was not happy and stated that we should not advertise as a local company if we aren'tWe do not claim to be local to the Johnstown area, nor did we inform [redacted] that we areWe were simply helping [redacted] while they were short handed, while battling weather and continuing to service our customer base in the Denver Area [redacted] was reluctant to accept our technician at a later time or on a different dayShe was assigned to another servicer through [redacted]
Professional, Courteous and FairI will use them again for any of my HVAC, Electrical, Appliance or Small Plumbing needsI have a side by side refrigerator that the water line kept stopping dispensing, I had tested and trouble shooting as much as I could and was thinking the system was intermittently freezing upEric came out twice (the first time it was working) and finally determined that my conclusion was correctHe refused to make me pay the service fee because he really didn't diagnose anything he said, he confirmed what I have figured out alreadyAnother item I like about this company is that they sell parts at their cost, meaning your repair parts are not exorbitantly raised for them to make a profit off you
