Crestview Animal Hospital

I have taken my animals to Crestview animal hospital for over years, and have always been happy with the care and service until nowLast week I called the office to request some medications for my animalsAmanda answered the phone and was extremely rude to meShe was not helpful, raised her voice with me, and talked to me with complete disrespectI was so upset I started to cryShe then proceeded to hang up on meLater that afternoon another employee called me and got the medications ready, was very nice as always, and I went to pick them upI picked up the medications and left without incidentHonestly until today I had forgotten about the incident due to caring for a sick family memberThe vet, Dr *** called me and literally interrogated me on what happenedI told him the truth and he told me I was wrong and accused me of threatening this employee which could not be further from the truth
I have given this office at a minimum of 50k over the years and this vet should be ashamed of his employee and the way business was conductedI will never return to this vet officeI was warned by other employees about the corrupt behaviors going on at Crestview, I wish I had listened and went elsewhere long agoAmanda should be ashamed of herselfShe has no business working in customer service
