I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle hereA job that should have taken days has now exceeded due to lack of communication from them to the insurance on ordering parts, failure to identify and order parts (generic parts like weather-stripping), and sitting in a paint booth (for over a week according to the answer I get every time I call)My husband called the owner, and whether he talks loud or was screaming, I was able to hear his excuses in a completely different roomI call to get updates on my car and get told they will call me back....after 4-hrsI ended up calling them again (multiple times)They've had the car so long, the insurance company has had me turn in my rental due to the body shop not using "due diligence" in their workTo their credit, Crestview Paint and Body is providing me a stipend to assist with a rental from the point the insurance company stopped paying (offered after my husband called the owner)

I ordered a full service detail for dollars on my wife's carWe were told it would be to hoursWe stated that was fine and left the car there after paying for the service (this was at am on a weekday)After hours we called to check th status and were told it would be ready at pm (and 1/hours after we dropped it offWhen we finally got the car back (past the time they stated it would be done)I inspected it and found several areas that were not cleanThey did not clean the trunk at all (the employee stated that they do not clean the trunk unless specifically told to)This does not make sense as the service states the cleaning is bumper to bumper! I do not understand how after hours the car is not spotless! The did not clean around the parking break or gear shift, I found collections of crumbs in several corners even though this cleaning was supposed to get every nook and crannyThe only thing the employee would say is that if I wanted to bring it back another day they would wipe downs the missed areasNo! I paid a lot of money for a half-done job and when I expected help I got nothing but an offer to waste even more of my timeI'm not going there again and would discourage others to go there as well

My experience at Crestview Paint and Body was exactly as promised. My vehicle was completed in a timely matter, they saved me money on my deductible just as Mr. [redacted] had told me. The completed job was great, I am very pleased, my vehicle looked brand new.

I was recently involved in an accident on Highway 98 in Destin in which I accidentally rear-ended someone. The front end of my SUV was damaged and I took it to Crestview Paint & Body. Their staff was very friendly and walked me through the process of making a claim. I told them my deductible was $500 and they waived that so I did not have to pay anything.

It took about three weeks to repair my SUV but they did a great job. I was hoping to get it back sooner, but I found out my insurance adjuster tried to put used parts on my SUV and the staff at Crestview Paint & Body caught this and made sure the right parts were put back on. What a peace of mind!

I highly recommend them. It's nice to have a company that is true to their words!

My husband went to the TLC auto wash for an inspection and they said the truck, 2013 Ford F150 , did not pass and told him to take it to the Ford dealership. He took the truck for the further inspection and the Ford dealership created a document saying nothing is wrong with the truck through their machine. When he went back to the TLC place because they made him pay for the inspection so he can pass the inspection. When he came back, they said there were 2 other cars with the same problem. If they are NC state certified inspector, they should maintain their machine that they use frequently. I hope this review helps other people that is looking for a place to inspection.
