We regret that our customer is experiencing any problems with the new unitOf our employees, over 1/of them are parts and service employees because we want to take care of problems as they occurWe and the manufactures know problems will
occur and that is the reason factory warranties are issued at no charge to the consumer. However, factory warranties are not 'blanket policies' that have no limitationsThere are limitations and certain consumer responsibilities. One of those responsibilities is that the consumer must bring the unit to the dealership for repairs. Crestview does not offer 'mobile service', nor does the manufacture offer 'mobile service'. This customer has refused to do that since their purchase date of 5-2-2014 For almost one year, the consumer has not deemed it not necessary to take the steps to do so. The consumer states that we intentionally refused to explain how the warranty works and that we instruct our employees not to say anything 'negative.' That is just not true and the customers sign a statement showing and explaining how the warranty works in full. Crestview has not been issued any statements or estimates of repairs during this one year period, yet the consumer states that repairs have been madeWe have to assume that is correct information and we are glad the repairs have been made satisfactorily to the consumers demands. Recreational vehicles are intended for recreational useWe are aware that many of our customers use the units for full time housing but all warranties and disclaimers specifically state that the intent of the production is not for full time housing Again, we are regretful that our customer has experienced some warranty issues and we are open days a week to fulfill those obligations under the factory warrantyHowever, we cannot meet the demands of this consumer to do 'mobile service.' The particular unit they purchased does come with a two year warranty and this warranty will be good for another full yearCrestview Rv will be here days a week to perform any warranty work necessary. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
*** did tell me he does not require any employee to say anything negative about a unitThey were advised from the beginning that I would be living in unit and would not be able to be movedI was never told that unit was not made to be lived in or that unit had to be brought to them for repairs I was told by *** to stop complaining and fix it myself First winter and heater was badI got parts directly from J ayco and paid someone to fix itI have been working directly with J ayco to get parts they are aware of issues with crestview First part of winter I had no heat and crestview refused to helpThey are dishonest and have no consciousThey ripped off an older couple and a single mom and didn't care They got the sale and money and never looked backthis house is so bad no one wants itThis house had been used snd they sold it as newAll I want is a new one like mine that I was suppose to be soldi don't think that is too much to ask for

We do regret that our customer is not happy with their purchase dated May 2 of 2014. We are aware that frustration is a result of any problems one incurs, with a purchase,  when mechanical or cosmetic issues arise.  We are consumers too. We understand that. We are a company that is willing and able to produce satisfactory results. But the claims and demands of our customer is not realistic nor feasible. Nor is what was agreed upon and attached are documents to support that opinion.  We regret having to get to a situation where we have to take the stand of "here is what you signed and agreed to."  But in this instance and with these demands and requests made by our customer, we must. Please review the attached supporting evidence of our agreements. Again, we want to be clear that we are open 7 days a week , at our location in Selma to perform warranty work and of our 44 employees.. over 1/2 are parts and service personnel, so we are familiar with warranty issues. Respectfully submitted.

I am rejecting this response because:   I don't agree because what they are saying is I have to rent a storage pack up all my belongings and put them in storage. Then rent a truck to move house and live on the street while they fix it.. if they would not have been liars and thieves we wouldn't be in this position. Maybe the news can help get this resolved. I would think if my request is so out of reach that they could try to offer some kind of resolution.
