Crestwood Apartments

The roof in my daughter's bedroom started to leak on 8/23/14. With her second complaint they dried the carpet and replaced the padding but they did not fix the roof. Six complaints later I sent an email to the company explaining the problem and asked to be contacted regarding repairs. It's raining again today over a month later (9/29/14) and her carpet is still wet and stinky. I had to call them and I was told that last week they got job bids and that they would do a temporary fix but when my daughter got home at night her carpet was still wet (they had used a fan to dry it before). I find it hard to believe that any reputable company would act in this manner. This is [redacted] approved housing but I hope [redacted] removes them from their list. Additionally, there should be a light outside by the neighbor's door but it appears that the whole fixture is missing. It is very dark when my daughter returns home after work. Additionally, my daughter was given bad information regarding the mailbox key and had to make two trips to the post office to get her mail. None of their staff so far has acted in a professional manner. I am extremely disappointed that my daughter is living under such conditions. She will have to see a doctor to see if her sudden extreme fatigue and loss of appetite are due to mold or something else associated with this problem. Beware when sending your students there.
