We did take a deposit from Mr [redacted] on Sept5th and we were to hold it until the 9thMr [redacted] never showed or called so we tried to contact Mr [redacted] on several occasions and could not contact himThree days after he was supposed to be in for his purchase he called and I informed him that he lost his depositIn his complaint he said he didn't sign anything that stated his deposit wasn't non refundable in our case he didn't sign anything that said it was refundableSincerely, [redacted]

See attachmentWe do our best at checking out our vehicles and welcome having any vehicle checked out by any second party mechanic prior to purchaseIn this case the vehicle was taken to the customer's mechanic prior to purchase and found it had a few issues for which we negotiated a lower sales price that was accepted by both partiesAn extended warranty was discussed and declined by the customer and in turn she signed the necessary ASIS paperwork, We do however try to help with any needs a customer may have after the sale of a vehicleThe customer did call, but we could not have a civil conversation as they immediately started accusing us of rigging and patching said vehicleThen the customer posted accusations on 2" and 3' party social media sites in an attempt to defame our characterWe are currently awaiting a response from our attorney on whether we have a case for libel.Attached is a letter we recently received from one of our satisfied customers

At Crestwood Auto Sales we do our best at selecting pre-owned vehicles. All of the vehicles we sell are out of the factory warranty but we do offer extended warranties as listed on our sellers notes.
