I used the private transportation service of Crestwood just recently to travel from my home to my office in Manhattan. I was feeling reluctant to use a car service due to the current health situation, however Crestwood made me feel safe and comfortable. The vehicle was equipped with a partition divider between the front and rear of the vehicle. The chauffeur was dressed professionally in a suit and tie, with a face mask and gloves as well. It certainly seems as if they are following all CDC guidelines. I haven't seen a partition such as this before, so I asked the driver where they got it from. He said Crestwood had them custom made for their fleet. I think that is impressive and shows that the company really cares about safety. The chauffeur was very courteous; he opened and closed the door for me, he offered me a bottle of cold water, and got me to my office very quickly. The experience exceeded my expectations and I truly award Crestwood with 5 stars for wonderful service.

I used the service of Crestwood worldwide car and limousine Service recently to go from LaGuardia airport to Manhattan New York City with my wife. The driver met us inside of the airport terminal with a name sign, he carried our luggage for us and he carefully loaded it into the trunk of the vehicle. the vehicle was a really nice looking black Cadillac Escalade suv. The driver seemed to have taken all safety precautions such as wearing a face mask, protective hand gloves, and a partition inside of the vehicle which separated the driver area from the rear passenger cabin. I thought that the service was very courteous and the experience was enjoyable.

I recently hired Crestwood worldwide car and limousine service to pick up myself and my wife from LaGuardia airport and transport us to Manhattan New York City. The chauffeur met us inside of the airport terminal with a company name sign, he carried our luggage for us, he loaded the luggage in the trunk of the vehicle. In my opinion the service provided was extremely respectful and courteous, my wife and I enjoyed our experience very much. The vehicle was a black Cadillac Escalade which was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. The driver had all safety precautions taken such as wearing a face mask, protective gloves, and also a partition divider inside of the vehicle which separated the driver area from the rear cabin.

Review: On December [redacted], 2015, we made the UNFORTUNATE decision to use Crestwood Limo. We've been coming to NYC for years now and have never had such a horrible experience with a limo or car service.

The driver picked us up from our hotel to take us to the airport. He parked almost a whole block away which forced us to bring our luggage to him. First mistake. We made our way out of the city and the driver made a comment that he needed to charge us more because we insisted we had 8 suitcases which was a complete lie. We had a total of 5. He [redacted] over from the fast lane to the far right lane to "threaten" to leave us on the side of the road. Second mistake. He then said he was going on a detour to take us to the head office so they could count the luggage. Okay, let's go and prove them that you aren't being honest and can't count. After making multiple calls to the office, the driver was instructed to take us to the airport. Complete silence the rest of the way. Thank goodness.

We get to the airport and the driver stays seated in his seat and hands a blank receipt back requesting a signature ON A BLANK RECEIPT. Who does that? Third mistake. Of course we aren't signing a blank receipt. My husband started unloading our own luggage (he knew he wasn't getting a tip so he didn't help) but once I refused to sign the blank receipt, he came out of the vehicle to the back of his SUV to try and slam the door down saying we weren't getting our luggage. He grabbed my arm and shoved it to the side to try and slam the door. That wasn't happening.

Our mistake. We should have called the police right then and there and pressed charges immediately. We should have called an attorney right on the spot. Again, our mistake. We got our bags as it was clear that he was in the wrong and didn't want to make a scene with all of the airport security standing around. After multiple emails and calls, the company has stopped responding. There have not been any returned calls or a written apology from the owner or President of the company like we requested. This company has not been professional in handling this issue and has tried to brush it under the rug which I refuse to allow.Desired Settlement: The company did offer an incredibly insulting discount supposedly but that hasn't been verified.

This is what we are requesting:

A full refund for the entire ride to the airport

A written apology from a company executive--acknowledging their "sincere" apologies for this situation

We have the means to continue to take this matter to whoever will listen, including every outlet on the internet. We want a sincere and honest end to this issue and looking forward to finally getting it resolved in a professional way.
