We received a call from Mr. [redacted] on 1/4/2017 asking us to return and repair the leak under the kitchen sink. We dispatched [redacted] our service tech. and found that the drain tube piping had come apart and needed to be re-connected and tightened. While this may appear to be a part of the stopped up...

drain repair, made on 12/28/2016, the tubing was connected and the drain was tested for proper flow for several minutes, and all was determined be ok. [redacted] explained to the customer that he was off due top the holiday, and only office personnel was working, and had no plumber to go and make this repair. We chose not to charge our customer, for good customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I would not have filed a complaint had the owner been more helpful and showed any concern for the problem.  He should work on he communicates with his customers and note be rude when he called out on a problem his company caused.  Maybe not recommending "stick a bucket under there"  to fix a problem would be a good start.They did correct the problem on 01/05/2017.
