The watch was returned about two weeks ago (at same time that Revdex.com complaint was made) As of this time I have not received replacement Thank ou for helping to resolve this matter

 THE STATEMENTS BY THE COMPANY REGARDING REGARDING THEIR RETURN POLICY ARE ACCURATE ,BUT THE POLICY SETS YOU UP FOR FAILURE SO YOU CANNOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT EXACTLY IN THE SAME PACKING AND PROCEDURE THEY PUT IT IN [ EVEN IF PRODUCT IS UNDAMAGED] ! FACT OF THE MATTER EVERYTHING WAS RETURNED BUT THE PACKING WAS PLACED IN THERE SO THEY COULD NOT SAY ANYTHING WAS MISSING !  WHEN I GET A PRODUCT, I TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE BOX TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS AND MAKE SURE EVERY PART IS THERE ! I WILL GLADLY PAY THEM FOR THE 10 CENTS WORTH OF CARDBOARD THAT IT TOOK TO  RE- WRAP THOSE ITEMS !

when the customer called to return the product he said the item was no longer needed.   He did not mention the order was received in bad condition.  Since the item was not defective the customer was responsible for the return shipping.  Our return policy states that items are to be...

returned in the original packaging and in resellable condition.  attached are comments entered into the customers account regarding the condition of the return and comments entered when the customer contacted Maxi Aids to return the item.  Maxi Aids followed proper protocol following our policies.
