Crete With Flair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I look forward to putting this issue behind me and Crete with Flair I will be happy to let the Revdex.com know when Crete with Flair keeps its word

We would like to respond to the recent complaint made about our company in response to #[redacted].  We installed 3 steps for this customer just like he said back in 2012 we at no time gave a warranty on those steps because no concrete company that we know of warranties concrete at any time....

We did however say that we would repair the two steps that have damage due to products that were put on his steps from last years harsh winter the freeze thaw cycle had done some damage to the two steps that the product was applied to. The other step however that was under roof had no damage. We are still willing to repair the two steps that our customer has because he was a repeat customer and we appreciate their loyalty to us. However we have been busy out of town for a couple of months and yes my husband who does all the work himself was in the hospital. So we do understand his frustration with our not getting to him yet but since this was a repair job and we have other commitments we have not been able to get to him. Again I would like to affirm that this is NOT under any kind of warranty and at no time did our company say that it was. It is our company policy that we do not warranty concrete. We do how ever stand behind our workmanship and would repair the damage left from last years freezing and thawing process. This was not caused by bad concrete or bad workmanship but bad weather that we have no control over. This repair will not be able to be done by the deadline that Mr. [redacted] has demanded but should be complete by the following week. September 22 - September 26 and we will call the day before we show up to give them a precise time frame. We are in hopes that this will clear up any of the confusion that has been made. These steps were after all 2 years old and still structurally sound.
