I hired Carmen and Devin from Cretescapes to complete a concrete project at home home on 6/The job was supposed to be 3-days per conctract and was to include a 40xpole barn prep with metal mesh, stone and 6" thick fiber concreteA ramp at 8ftx17ft 4" thick slab with stone and wire mesh entering the barn100ft of 3ft wide sidewalk tearout and replacement by the house, tear out and replacement of a 20ft x 17ft driveway All concrete per contract was supposed to be reinforced with fiber and metal mesh per contractAt days past the original hire date I have the drieveway and sidewalk poured, several sections are damaged due to the fact that it was poured and not covered within an hour of a heavy downpourMy entry door from the garage is sealed in the concrete and cannot be opened

CarmeLita N*** and Devin S*** were contracted to do several landscaping/hardscape jobs for us beginning in November At this time we have paid them and the work is not even close to completion Outstanding services include, sealing the driveway, re-seeding the grass, back-fill and mortaring the retaining wall, complete fireplace and clean up debris left behind Communication over the last several months with Carmen has indicated on a weekly basis that this will be completed and yet the week comes and goes and no work has been done She told me in the last communication that she can't afford to finish the work and she has been paid almost entirely for this job The remaining balance is and therefore they have been WELL overpaid for the work that was contracted

Devon did a great job, in a very timely manner, and at a reasonable price We are very happy with our experience with him

The customer hired me to initially rebuild her retaining wall which was originally two stacks high. When completed I back-filled the area, was paid and she was happy. take apart her current fire pit (non gas) and build a new fire pit that would look similar to a fire place. After my guys being out there working on the fire pit we agreed to, she told them it looked great and they did a great job. When I went to collect payment for the last two projects, which I was only due 50% or less because we always collect 50% up front to cover material and labor costs, she was furious. She claimed that the fire pit built looked nothing like what she wanted even though she was happy when my employees left the property. She called me every name in the book and refused payment. Her husband also added a third layer of blocks on the retaining wall we built out front, which I had to back fill for her at no cost to try and keep her happy. She claimed we were suppose to seal her driveway bump out which was not included in the agreement or even mentioned verbally until the day of payment. It seemed no matter what I did, I was not able to make this lady happy. She did not want us back on her property, therefore we were unable to clean up a smaller debris pile in the back of her property from building the firepit.
