I am rejecting this response because [redacted] has never come out to see the final completed job. The cones were left and no cleanup was completed. I've attached your drawing to show you the piece of driveway that is missing - and photos. The concrete should have been poured to the corner of the house - it was cut short at the garage door. There was then a large loop in the driveway to short the concrete. If you underbid the driveway - you should have told me. I did talk to [redacted] and I am paying them directly the $1,491.58 to prevent a LIEN on my property. I also have another debtor calling ([redacted]) for the amount of $1,403.34.
According to your invoice (I've attached) the total job is 13,259.94 (-10% [redacted] List discount) = 11,993.95.
The total payments I have made are $12,380.19. (I have paid [redacted]) which means you owe me a return of $386.24, and you need to pay the other debtor [redacted] the amount of $1,403.34.
If this is the way you do business - then your license should be revoked. If you could make a trip out to see the issues I have - you would see this is not a completed job. As for the concrete - you quoted 42 Yards of concrete and this is what [redacted] delivered, therefore you can not go after more money to pay for the concrete.
I expect the refund of $386.24 to be returned by CRETWWORX.
