I had save the contractor the money of 3410 he has promise e the roof for 2 month. he had put trap on it and now every week it next week. Starting to feel he has taken my money not going to build y roof, meanwhile I have a sick and handicap granddad that is smelling mold.

Crewpro had an internal communication issue whereas the roofing team leader was under the impression that management would be contacting Ms F with the information of the delay in getting to her project. Management did not follow through with this communication.
Ms F has been contacted and the project is now underway. This job should be taken to completion before the end of the month of October. Ms F has been brought up to speed on the project's progress and what step in the process we are currently in.

CREW PRO REMOVED ROOF DAY IT WAS RAINING.WATER DAMAGE TO FOYER CEILING DUE TO LACK OF TARPING ROOF AFTER IT WAS REMOVED.
TONY SINGLETON HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HIS CREW REMOVED MY SHINGLES ON A DAY IT WAS GOING TO RAIN AND DIDNT TARP ROOF BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. AT 11:30 PM CREW PRO CAME OUT DURING RAIN STORM TO TARP ROOF. CEILING GOT DAMAGED IN FOYER DUE TO NOT HAVING SHINGLES OR TARP ON ROOF. CREW PRO HAD TO HAVE HOUSE REINSPECTED BY SEMINOLE COUNTY DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON HOW INSTALL A ROOF. WE HAVE A 2 1/2 YEAR OLD THAT PLAYS IN A YARD WHERE CREW PRO NEVER WENT AROUND WITH A MAGNET TO PICK UP THE NAILS FROM ROOF REMOVAL. I DO UNDERSTAND SOME NAILS MAY BE MISSED BUT FOR THE AMOUNT OF NAILS I PICKED UP WITH A MAGNET ON MY OWN TIME IS UNACCEPTABLE. TONY IS A CROOK HIS CREW LEFT AFTER ROOFING WAS COMPLETED AND CAME BACK ABOUT 18 MINUTES LATER AND STOLE LEFT OVER SHINGLES RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR CAMERAS. AFTER INFORMING TONY THAT 16 BUNDLES OF SHINGLES WERE TAKEN IN FRONT OF OUR CAMERAS HE PERSONALLY DELIVERED THEM BACK THE NEXT DAY. ONLY REASON HE BROUGHT BACK IS BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO DEDUCT THE COST OFF OF HIS BILL. WE HAVE CONTACTED TONY BY TEXT MANY OF TIMES ABOUT GETTING OUR CEILING REPAIRED BUT SINCE WE DID THAT RIGHT THING AND PAID HIM HE WILL NOT RESPOND TO US. THIS ROOFING JOB HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. ALL WE WANT IS TO GET WHAT WE PAID FOR AND FOR WHAT WAS DAMAGED TO BE REPAIRED.

Desired Outcome

WE DO NOT TRUST TONY FROM CREW PRO TO DO OUR CEILING REPAIRS. WE ONLY WANT OUR REPAIR COMPANY TO REPAIR AND PAINT CEILING IN OUR FOYER. WITH THEM STEALING OUR SHINGLES WE DO NOT TRUST HIM IN OUR HOUSE. I CAN GIVE A RECIPT FOR REPAIRS AND THEY CAN REIMBURSE US BACK.

Crewpro is working now to issue a $300.00 credit/reimbersement to ***. We will have this credit for the ceiling drywall repair issued to *** before the end of the month. (3/30/18)

Good afternoon,
As per Crewpro stated that they would take care of my reimbursement by 3/30/2018 it is now 4/09/2018 and nothing has been solved. I have called multiple times and no one ever calls back.

As of Apr 27th 2018, Crewpro has given Mr*** a reimbursement for his ceiling drywall expenses in the amount of $300.00. It is our understanding that Mr*** now considers this matter closed.

CrewPro is not responsive to my warranty claim to fix a shingle that fell of on my brand new roof. Stopped answering my calls/texts.
On May 9th 2017, I contacted with Darryl C with CrewPro Roofing to replace the asphalt shingles on my roof. As part of the agreement, they were to install the shingles to code and provide a 10 year workmanship warranty (see contact attached). The completed the work on July 14th, 2017, and in early November a shingle came loose and was hanging on the SW side of my house. I called the CrewPro office on 11/14/17 to ask that someone come fix it under the warranty, and they told me that I needed to call my sales person or Darryl directly as they were part of the construction division. That same day I contacted my sales person George D and sent him a picture via text message. He told me someone would be out to repair the shingle. After hearing nothing, I contacted George again on 11/17/17 for an update. He called me back on 11/21/17 and recommended I reach out to Darryl directly. I called Darryl on 11/21/17 and he told me someone would be out soon. Having not heard anything, I contacted Darryl via text message on 11/28/17 at 2:56 PM. He replied that evening at 6:46 PM that someone would be out "this week" and that they would take care of it "ASAP." I texted Darryl again on 12/8/17 because I had not heard anything with no reply. I called him on his cell phone on 12/12/17 at 12:24 and left a voicemail to place call me back regarding my warranty claim on the roof. I did not receive a reply, so I called once again on 12/15/17 and left another message. Because I had not heard back from Darryl in several weeks after he told me someone would be out "this week," I contacted George D again who said he no longer works with Darryl and there is nothing he can do.

I do not have a ladder long enough for me to repair the shingle myself, but I was able to get up close enough to tack it back in place as a temporary measure. When I looked at the shingle all 6 nails were about 6 inches below the reinforced nail strip and had just torn right through. The reason this shingle (and possible many others) came loose is because it was improperly installed. The shingle is now creased from laying folded over in the heat for a month and needs to be completely replaced.

Desired Outcome

I need for CrewPro Roofing to honor the warranty in our contact and to come replace the shingle that was improperly installed. I would also like to discuss why the nails were shot through the lower part of the shingle rather than through the nail strip.

's roof had 1 shingle that had hooded up and was indeed out of place. *** contacted Crewpro to repair the issue. Crewpro communicated with *** to let him know that we would repair the damaged/loose shingle to resolve the issue. Mr. expectation was that Crewpro would be able to repair immediately, but Crewpro was unable to get a repair crew to his location as quick as Mr*** wished due to very heavy work volume from Hurricane Irma and scheduled time off for personnel around the holiday season. Crewpro did return to Mr***' home to repair the roof to resolve the issue. Crewpro now considers this matter closed. If there are any other issues that remain unresolved from Mr*** point of view, Crewpro will be happy to look into the issue.

The shingle wasn't hooded up, it was dangling by a thread due to improper nailing. I did not expect an immediate repair, but at least some communication. I didn't file this complaint until several months of waiting and then after getting no response. I would never have filed a complaint if there was communication. That said, they did come renail the shingle and I'm satisfied with the repair.
