Regarding the complaint we did install a furnace with a humidifierWe did have problems with the humidifier we have are in the process of replacing itI was under the impression [redacted] was aware of this ? I will follow up with her in a couple of days to make sure everything is running to her satisfaction

Regarding [redacted] air conditioning systemOur ad states “Air Conditioning systems installed as low as $1,899.00”, that price is for a ton air conditioning systemWe sold [redacted] *** a ton air conditioning system that would actullay cost $2,But we gave her a pre seasonal price Regarding M [redacted] ultraviolet light on her furnaceIt did end up in the trash, but we had already agree to install a new ultraviolet light for her and are still willing to come out and install it, but we just need to come out Monday thur Friday between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm Regarding her old coilI am not sure where the confusion was with her coil The installers did mention that her car was loaded with equipment at the time of installing her air conditioning system If it is agreeable to [redacted] we are willing to bring her a used coil that she can use for scrap, when we install her new ultraviolet light Sincerely, Crews Heating and Cooling, LLC [redacted] Secretary

They did a great job and so quicklyThe crew that came and installed our heat pump,indoor heating unit and thermostat were very professional and very nice and knew what they were doingWe will recommend them to everyone

The company did come out on Dec 16th and so far it seems to be working I was well aware that parts were on order, however, I was having difficulty getting a return phone call or any correspondence from the company letting me know when the part would be in The best thing in the future would be to keep the customer updated on the status of the issue and to return phone calls as promisedI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I purchased a top of the line York heat pump system from York in July 2012, was told it included 5 year parts and labor warranty. It worked fine the rest of the year and during the winter months I use a wood stove when temperature goes below 25 degrees. On Jan 5, 2014 with the temperature at -10 my heat pump and furnace stopped working, and the wood stove was at its max. I called Crews for service and a repairman came the next day. Was told the circuit board shorted out and would take two days to get part. One week later without heat he arrived, installed circuit board and still nothing worked. York factory rep told him he needed to replace the condenser coil and fan motor. I was told he would be back in a week. After numerous calls over 3 weeks, I was told they were waiting on parts. Several calls to York customer service I was told the dealer is totally responsible for the warranty and York does not use any licensing for dealers. After a few more calls to Crews I called another York dealer. After 4 weeks, $800, and 4 service calls it was determined the furnace was wired wrong with the wrong thermostat and electric backup heat never hooked up. This is March 20 and system still does not seem to be right. I will probably have to scrap it and replace it with another brand. Stay away from Crews and York products
