Crexendo is inept
Like most of the victims of this terrible company, we have had issues with their equipment, service, and responsiveness. We would be receiving calls, and while we could hear the caller, the caller could not hear us. Their volume control was so poor that somedays we would sound like a scream and other days no one could hear us. Line connections would drop inexplicably all the time. And then there was the epic meltdown of 13 August 2020 and 14 August 2020 where EVERYONE in the nation had spotty service or NO service. A communication company ABSOLUTELY cannot have a self induced systems failure where their backup system completely fails. We lost a lot of business during those two days. When we communicated our desire to drop our contract, they absolutely refused and gave us one month of free service. What a crock. This company needs to go bankrupt now so everyone can get out of these 5-year crappy contracts where they can screw you all you want and you have no recourse. Class action lawsuit anyone? I would give this company negative stars if I could.

We signed a contract with Dominick at Aspen Flat Construction Corp in January of to do some upgrades to a rental propertyApproximately $12,worth of workDominick installed brand new LVT flooring in the first part of the year and was paid in full at the completion of the workAt the end of July we were notified by the property manager that there were a couple of spots where the flooring had come looseWe contacted Dominick to request that he go look at the flooring to warranty his workAfter voice mails, texts, and several emails he finally responded and committed to look at it on 8/3/Dominick told the property manager that he didn't bring the right tools to make the repairThat is the last communication from DominickWe have called, texted, and emailed numerous times with zero response I sent one last email yesterday 9/11/requesting a response from him by end of business and again did not receive any response from himHis contract has specific verbiage that a

I loved the customer rep we had come into our businessWe were opening a new separate business and they even brought in a phone to testWorked great for a week so we signed the contract and paid the total amount asked for as recorded on billWe waited for a two weeks to get their phone that they had to programWe hooked it up but would not workWe were informed to look at the packet which showed the required routers to workWe bought the least expensive one $and had our IT set it up but when we went to use phone, it cut out our credit card machine and we call supportWe were told we had to do our own figurationWe explained we need someone from CREXENDO to help configure the phone which was shown on contract to be neededWe were told to badWe called the rep and she said she would call an outside IT personShe did and when the IT person called to help us, they said our account had been cut offWe called and they said they cut us off because we didn't pay the $tax on the systemWe said we were given two months free, paid the entire bill presented for several hundred dollars and had never been notified of the $taxThey said our IT person ahas unprofessional as he was trying to get our CREDIT Card machine to workWe had been day with it down and was out due to their system softwareWe were told we would not be given any more support because we wanted the Credit card machine fixed first and then the phone(They must not use credit card machines in their business) They said we stilled owed on the full contract but no service would be given and when asked to be able to cancel and return the phone, they turned us to management which said NO WAY could we return the phoneThey did allow us to cancel the contract but we are stuck with a expensive CREXENDO with no SUPPORT from them to fix the problem

We contracted a home remodel with Aspen Flat in October The remodel was broken into contractsOne fixed cost contract for the exterior work and one cost plus contract for the interior workThe cost plus contract stipulated a best effort completion date of April 30th, 2016, which corresponded with our move in dateWork on the remodel progressed relatively steadily through February and then things essentially stoppedI meet face to face with the contractor on March 15th, to discuss the project budget and scheduleHe assured me that he had just finished some work on another contract and that we were his only priorityWe attempted to get a hold of him several times over the next 3, but received no responseNo work was completed on the projectWe decided that we had to move forward on the project without Aspen Flat and fired them from the projectAfter informing Aspen Flat that we were no longer working with them, Aspen Flat let us know that they had started anoth

I've been in the telephone business for 42 years. WORST company I've ever subcontracted for. Extremely poor customer service and tech support doesn't know what they're doing. DO NOT get their service!

We signed on with Crexendo Telecom VoIP phone service with the promise of great phone service, full suite of call features, and cost savings. They assured us our existing internet line was sufficient to deliver high quality phone calls.

Now we are locked into a 3-year contract with no way out and plagued with call-quality problems that they blame on the internet provider.

Let me side with Beverly here and tell you all out there looking at this company to stop, take a deep breath, and find somebody else. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people.
