Business Owner (s) risk consumers health and safety daily with gas leaks, infestations, and a lack of security on the property. Falsely advertise services and response time that never occurs. Business owner (s) ignore customer service requests and questions, and follow up with poor attitudes and aggressive tones.

This is in response to a complaint received with your organization on May 14. 2018 from current resident *** & ***.The list of concerns/complaints areas follows:1. Daily Gas Leaks — on Monday May 8, 2018 Management received numerous calls and an emailabout the smell of gas in the building2. Infestations ~ Property is serviced on a Monthly Rotation —a. This unit has been serviced March 22. 2018. April 26. 2018.b. Upcoming service dates are May 24, 2018 and June 21, 20183. Lack of Security - Do to some recent vandalism the front door is not operating properly.Management is obtaining proposal's to have a whole new door system with a FOB installed.4. Response timea. Phone Calls, and emails are responded to in 24 to 48 hoursb. Emergency/After hours calls are responded to immediately.CRO Management prides itself in providing a pleasant living environment for all its residents.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. There are still wasps and insects throughout the building 2. The company does not have a regular pest control service, nor a licensed one; therefore, the units are not serviced monthly. Other units have mice still.3. The unit was visited by a service as a rush job. They management company did not answer when they arrived. The exterminator may be quoted if need be.4.The business pit forth an eviction the day they responded to the BBC message. Without following any steps toward notification or justification for such an action. This is a very unpleasant atmosphere for such a historically beautiful building. It is a waste to see it so abused and neglected.
