Review: This unidentified firm from incoming number [redacted] continues to contact me (over 4 mos.), leaving irate voicemails 'Your failure to respond has left us no choice but to demand payment or we will be forced to escalate the issue to the authorities and execute a summons order for you to appear in court." I have no unpaid collections on record and have no knowledge of the debt to which they refer.Reverse look-up shows numerous complaints of fraud and scamming coercing many consumers into compliance using similar fear-based tactics on accounts that do not exist. I contacted this firm through the return number [redacted] and politely demanded debt verification as provided for through the Fair Credit Reporting Act. No information has been revealed, yet the demand for payment continues.Any legal agency attempting to collect a debt should, upon request of "Debt Verification" forward the information justifying the collection efforts, yet this firm continues to fail to provide ANY data substantiating the debt.Desired Settlement: Ideally, hold them accountable for illegal debt practices (if in fact they are credentialed), and if they are in fact a scam (more than likely after numerous verification attempts) bring them to justice.Either way, I want the harrassing phone calls to stop.Thank you.
