This in response to our complaint #*** we emailed Mr*** twice and we thought this matter was cleared upIt is to our surprise that the Revdex.com was contacted, I explained in detail to our customer through email if he felt that I misinformed him or if he still felt that
he was due a refund after our explanation to let us knowI did not receive any other correspondence from Mr*** until we received this complaint

I am very sorry for the misunderstandingI try and keep our costs low and deliver quality serviceI would have called but I wanted to be clear in my explanationI did perform your service at a discount it may not be clear, so please let me clarify the invoiceThe fee we charge for a home of your size is usually between and 475, some providers charge in upwards of 850, as you can attest, we were referred to you, so we kept our cost at the low end
minus discount , plus a credit card fee of 4percent percent discounted to percent, we also noticed your lint trap completely blocked so we cleaned your dryer duct at no additional fee(going above and beyond our scope of work trying to protect you and save you more moneyIn hopes of securing more work from your neighbors and or family members.) I am sorry for not clearly explaining this in detail on site but we had another appointment which we were running late and a family emergency we had to deal with
If you still feel I owe you a refund after this explanation, please let me know

Thankyou for clearing this upI guess what it actually comes down to is that cleaning the lint trap for the dryer replaced the senior discount that would have been deducted from the bill totalIf this is how it worked out for your service please let me knowI think that this is what you are trying to explain to meLet me know if I am correct on this.--------------------------------------------
