This is the first we are hearing about this complaint. If we had been contacted, we would have sent our plumber out to take a look at the complaint. It sounds like they contacted a random plumber who has told them something and they are taking...

it as fact. As far as the plumbing pipe is concerned there is approximately 1 week from the time the plumbing is installed to the slab being poured. I contacted our plumber and the pipe is stored inside a warehouse with a UV protected wrap at both his office and his supplier's.

IT is sad that they respond to an issue this way. The fact is an reputable plumbing company had to come four times for major leaks in their pipes encompassing the entire house. Every line has been replaced, 26 holes were in my walls and had to be repaired. The house built by them across the street also has this situation. Their plumber said after they dug in the concrete they saw rocks and material in the sand where the pex was laid. He believes that may be the reason for the failure of the pipes. If they are building houses to last only 8 years they should tell the public so. I hold them responsible for this failure, as I should.

Since we were not contacted about the home owner's concerns we did not have an opportunity, nor our plumber to look and verify the customer's complaint. We take pride in taking care of our customers but if they take matters into their own hands to have work done without contacting us, there isn't anything we can do about it. We have know way to verify there complaint, whether or not work was warranted and if it was warranted what work actually needed to be done.

The majority of the customer's issues had already been addressed or resolved prior to his complaint to the Revdex.com. The issues not addressed as of the date of the complaint were the carpet, the french drain, the caulking, and the replacing of the...

"water damaged" area under the cornish and soffit. Since the date of the complaint, all issues that will be resolved are resolved.
R & R Homes has repaired the sprinkler/ aerobic septic system issue, replaced the dead shrub (even though landscaping is not covered under warranty), reroofed the backside of the home, stretched carpet, and took care of the caulking issue.
Issues that will not be addressed are the installation of a french drain and the replacement of the cornish and soffit. We have inspected these areas and found that neither needs further addressing.
R & R Homes has done its best to accommodate this customer and leave him with satisfactory repairs. We feel that we have done everything necessary to resolve the issues at hand.

Review: I placed an order for over $2,000 worth of furniture in March of 2014. After a few weeks, with no word, I contacted Crib Outlet to inquire the status. I was told this was a new color and was delayed from the manufacturer. This continued through August when I finally received the majority of my order. Not once did Crib Outlet contact me to provide an update on my order. For something being 5 months late, I expected them to put forth some sort of effort or notification.

I didn't receive the completion of my order until March 2015.

In addition, when after I contacted the manufacturer regarding a warranty issue and replacement. They advised that I must go through Crib Outlet. After refusing warranty service, Crib Outlet advised me to email pictures of the damaged product. I sent the email March 6, 2015 and have not heard anything.Desired Settlement: Over the time period from my order until delivery, there were several sales on the products in my order. I would like an adjustment for those sales. Additionally, I do not think I should pay the shipping for this extensively late product.

Finally, I would like them to process the piece for warranty replacement.
