responding to and take exception to the Complaint submitted (ID ***) to the Revdex.comPer the Revdex.com’s letter dated March 3, which U.Spostal correspondence was brought to my attention earlier this weck, our response docs not include information that personally identifies the customer. Our records indicate that the complainant customer has subscribed since October 1, 2013, for the second year, to our Babybug publication (print and digital version), which print publication is mailed and has been mailed (commencing on or about January 1, per the customer's request) to another residential addressThe subscription has continued into at a promotional rate of $per year (issues), due to expire in February 2016, based in part on the complainant customer providing our Customer Service Representative, by phone on or about December 10, 2014, a seasonal Promotional Code for that print/digital Babybug rateAlthough there are several references throughout complainant’s communication of a variety of rates, the highest of those rates cited represent a retail, undiscounted (no promotion) price, and from time to time, Cricket offers a variety of time-sensitive promotional and discounted rates, which in fact this subscriber utilized to re-subscribe to the publication at a rate of $(not $29.95), approximately six weeks prior to the 1/28/complaintComplainant may not fully understand that there are various online and mail marketing campaigns from time to time in the course of our business and industry which disclose the current promotional offerings for the magazines, with or without a digital or other bundleBottom line, there has been no deception as alleged by this customerCricket has been happy to accommodate this customer on several occasions, i.epermitting the suspension(s) of the Babybug print publication while the recipient relocated, and an additional month added to his/her current subscription-- into early Cricket is committed to providing a fine educational product and responsive customer service, and respectfully requests that this Complaint (ID ***) be dismissed,
