I am very disappointed on this company's customer service and communicationI have not received my order and had to initiate communication to get an ETA for my orderI placed an order on July 23, and spoke with [redacted] on July25, 2014, who informed me that the product is in backorder but should take more than a week to ship outHowever, today, August 15, 2014, I initiated chat communication with [redacted] who only offered an apology and 5% discount on next order for the delay and poor communicationHe also said they can ship a partial order today and I have to wait for the restI do not understand why it is customer's responsibility to follow upI believe they lack customer service skill and are not willing to work with customer in efforts to keep customers returning to them This is the only order I will ever place with this company and I WILL NOT recommend them to anybody
