If I could give this company stars, I wouldThe company sells machines with short warranties while knowing they may have power issuesThe power issue makes it so that the machine won't turn on at allYou can google/youtube search "Cricut won't turn on" and find hundreds of users with the same problems First they gave me the run around in trying different outlets in my home, asked me to find another power cord at my house that might work, then they sent me a new power cord even though I had told them it was the same power problem that other users had and they had replaced their machinesThe power cord troubleshooting did not workThey asked me to then make a video and upload it online (via cloud, drive or youtube) to showcase the problem, a ticket number, and a serial number for the machineI did this and they refused to replace or repair my machine even though I offered to drop off and pick up at their Riverside, CA locationThe only resolution they gave is to offer me $toward the purchase of a new machine Horrible company and customer serviceDo not waste your time with CricutPurchase a Silhouette Cameo as I wish I would have initially

Buyers Beware: Do not buy Cricut productsIn less than years they made machines obsolete by shutting down the online platformHundreds of dollars in digital content is now unusable unless a new $200+ machine is purchasedI hope your company goes bankrupt! (They did offer me a 10% discount for the "inconvenience" though)
