THE PRODUCT IS DECENT, THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! "F" RATING ON THE Revdex.com!!! RUBBISH customer service I purchased a device that experienced a major defect during the warranty periodI shipped the device (at MY cost, the retailer insisted) back to them with a tracking numberThey PROMISED that a brand new replacement would be shipped out within 2-days after receipt of the defective one According to the online tracking software, they received it days laterweeks passed, no replacement, no communicationI called to inquire about progress, no available update; nothing had been done on their end, and no attempt to ship out a replacement had EVER EVEN BEEN MADE I have sent many emails, and phoned a few timesExpect to get bounced around from associate to another with no answers, while explaining the entire situation over-and-over againWhen I finally spoke to the same person twice, she DENIED stating that the brand new replacement would be shipped out within 2-daysLIAR She blamed the warehouse, and when I challenged her account, and the lack of accountability across departments, and requested that the ENTIRE MONTH that my device has spent in transit be added to the warranty, she refused to offer anything in writing, and HUNG UP THE PHONENow, the company is IGNORING my phone calls These crooks don't deserve $of your money, and hopefully, will be out of business soon!

Contacted Kuntry Haven for a quote in October of and sat down with [redacted] on Oct 19, for a x garage We went over the quote and paid a deposit of $ with construction to begin the end of the following week or the beginning of the following week [redacted] advised this would be a 4-week project once they started Contacted [redacted] 1st week of Novfor an update He never called me to update the start date He advised he was still waiting on a permit from Wood County I asked if I needed to call them He said no he would call them again He called back to advise the permit would be issued on 11-and excavation would begin on 11- Excavation completed by 11- First week of Dec the covering on the foundation was removed and my husband noticed that an opening for a man door on the left side of the garage near the back was now visible, but no opening was made in the front left as per the drawing Contacted [redacted] and he claimed his plans were correct and the workers must have made the error He sent out two workers and they made a manual cut in the concrete from the front man door and we spoke out the â badâ cut on the left side I was advised that even if it was filled in it would be visable I asked that they install a third door and their expense and they agreed End of December 12-I have a foundation with partial framing on the right, left and back of the foundation Nothing done the month of January Workers showed up on Feb By Feb 2-we had partial walls, one window and the start of the roof Last communication with Kuntry Haven was the end of December with more excuses By the end of March the property was cleaned and and readied for concrete Concrete finally poured on April On April 26, and Siding was installed and completed Garage door started on April but not completed By May I contacted the garage installer and was told there was a problem with the header Kuntry Haven came to â repairâ the header on 5-and door was completed by 5- On May the building inspector came and granted only partial approval because the 14â door did not properly fit the opening The garage door does not properly seal Kuntry Havenâ s plans showed a 14â garage door with a 14â wall On May Kuntry Haven contacted me to set up a time to bring the bill and go over any issues I told them that I would not meet until garage passed [redacted] inspection On May Kuntry Haven called to advise the garage had now passed [redacted] Set up meeting on 5- [redacted] arrived and we told him the door still does not seal and we would not make the final payment until it was corrected He advised this is an easy fix and handed me an incorrect bill I lost my cool and he left with the comment that he can always slap a lien of the property No communication from them the entire month of June On July the Door Company called to advise they were ready to install the replacement panels (the easy fix that took weeks) Garage door now properly seals On August I received a letter from Kuntry Haven requesting payment on the incorrect invoice and a threat of legal action On August I sent a letter to Kuntry Haven detailing their errors on the invoice and received a phone call on August that they agreed to the revisions I requested Final payment made on August This project that was quoted to take 4-weeks took months During this time there was only communication if I initiated the phone call and I was treated with sarcasm and rudeness I have detailed monthly reports of each conversation that I will be more than happy to share This project was a nightmare and I would NOT recommend Kuntry Haven for any construction project, big or small

Contacted Kuntry Haven for a quote in October of 2013 and sat down with [redacted] on Oct 19, 2013 for a 24 x 40 garage . We went over the quote and paid a deposit of $ 8000 with construction to begin the end of the following week or the beginning of the following week.

Contacted [redacted] 1st week of Nov. for an update. He never called me to update the start date.

End of December 12-31 I have a foundation with partial framing on the right, left and back of the foundation.

Nothing done the month of January.

Workers showed up on Feb 10. By Feb 2-27 we had partial walls, one window and the start of the roof. Last communication with Kuntry Haven was the end of December with more excuses.

By the end of March the property was cleaned and and readied for concrete.

Concrete finally poured on April 4.

On April 26, 27 and 28 Siding was installed and completed.

Garage door started on April 29 but not completed. By May 2 I contacted the garage installer and was told there was a problem with the header. Kuntry Haven came to “repair” the header on 5-2 and door was completed by 5-3.

On May 5 the building inspector came and granted only partial approval because the 14’ door did not properly fit the opening. The garage door does not properly seal. Kuntry Haven’s plans showed a 14’ garage door with a 14’ wall.

On May 7 Kuntry Haven contacted me to set up a time to bring the bill and go over any issues. I told them that I would not meet until garage passed [redacted] inspection.

On May 15 Kuntry Haven called to advise the garage had now passed [redacted] Set up meeting on 5-27. [redacted] arrived and we told him the door still does not seal and we would not make the final payment until it was corrected. He advised this is an easy fix and handed me an incorrect bill. I lost my cool and he left with the comment that he can always slap a lien of the property.

On July 22 the Door Company called to advise they were ready to install the replacement panels (the easy fix that took 6 weeks). Garage door now properly seals.

On August 8 I received a letter from Kuntry Haven requesting payment on the incorrect invoice and a threat of legal action.

On August 9 I sent a letter to Kuntry Haven detailing their errors on the invoice and received a phone call on August 11 that they agreed to the revisions I requested. Final payment made on August 14.

GS4-R5 with FORT1................Remote starts sets off a PCM code and the check engine light comes on (only with remote start).....
Company fails to provide a resolution after many phone calls from myself AND from a authorized installer..........I am out far more $$ than if I had purchased a competitors product.
Total LACK of support. I have a system installed with a constant system error. I took it to the local install guy's. I then paid for FOUR hours of shop time and after 4 phone calls to Crimestopper, I still have a system that DOES NOT function correctly. What is CS response? They want to know where I purchased the system. Funny how the place of purchase has an impact on how the system works on my car............... Now I am paying the local shop MORE time to pull the CS crap out and put in a working system.............. This was my 4th CS system and my LAST.............

We purchased the Model #RS4-G4 Remote Starter, on December 10, 2013, and had it installed on that same day. I also sent the warranty card in on that same day, December, 10, 2013. We are happy with the product but very dissatisfied with this company. Talk about knit-picky! I just got our mail and just received the warranty card back on February 19, 2014. That is over 2 months! After spending almost $300.00 on their product, they refused our warranty card and sent it back because there was 7 cents postage due. Seriously? I placed a regular stamp on the card when I sent it. I spent almost $300.00 on purchasing and installing their product but they refused my warranty card for 7 cents postage due? Now my original stamp is cancelled and I have to put on a whole new stamp. I will send it return receipt requested. UNREAL! We like the product but the company's business ethic stinks! I would have called them but there was no number anywhere to contact them. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I wonder how they would stand behind a warranty issue??? I am guessing they would refuse it.

Review: An MS-1 GPS tracker I purchased and installed stopped working suddenly. It was installed as per their instructions and worked flawlessly for many months. I sent the unit to crime stoppers after receiving a return authorization number from them back in August of 2013. Weeks after the unit arrived at their warehouse, just out of curiosity, I tried tracking the unit, surprisingly it worked and have taken a screen shot of the successful GPS locate on the unit at their address. After a month of waiting, I called crime stoppers and was told that the unit was sent to the manufacturer to be repaired. Two times I was told the unit would arrive here in two weeks, that never happened. Last time I received an email response I was told that they had no idea when the unit would be back in my possession. It's been over 3 months without the GPS tracker in our work van, not acceptable, our van can be stolen at any time and thousands of dollars worth of equipment would simply be gone. I find it hard to believe they simply can't send even a loaner unit while I wait, especially considering I have a 1 year prepaid service that is about to expire. For the record I have a second identical tracker in a different vehicle that works fine, I just hope it never fails. A hidden GPS tracker that fails unexpectedly and takes months and months to repair, if it's ever repaired and returned at all, is absolutely useless.Desired Settlement: I don't think i'm out of line expecting the unit to be returned within a 3 month period, we're now working on 4 months. I simply want a replacement unit, and I want my pre paid service expiration date to be extended the same amount of time the unit has been out of my possession.

Review: I purchased a car alarm (sp 101). Everything works as it should except that it keeps arming and disarming itself. I have spoken to the technicians at crimestoppers,best buy and mach 1 car audio about this issue (numerous) times. I have followed all instructions, rechecked the installation and wire connections and re programmed the alarm. I also had best buy help me troubleshoot as well as mach 1. What it comes down to is a faulty alarm brain. Even crimestoppers said this.they are willing to do an exchange however this requires uninstalling the brain and just leaving the wires in the car. I'm not comfortable doing that. Not to mention I want to be able to end this problem in 1 day. I have been through an enormous amount of work and mental distress because of this and I have also had to spend extra money for things needed to install this alarm. I feel its only fair for crimestoppers to send me a new unit and a prepaid mailing label to ship the defective one back. I will then gladly ship the faulty one back. This situation should not cost me anymore money or inconvenience. And if something is wrong with the new unit I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: Replacement (shipping paid) or refund (shipping paid)
