counties require the documents get submitted to them prior to filing the action for judicial review. Each step takes time and we find ourselves at the mercy of the court. The client has no patience for the process and has made idle threats against CHC Legal. Regardless, we are dedicated to seeing the matter through to final disposition so we can insure that the client's goals are achieved. We only ask that he reserve his derogatory statements until the process is completed. I firmly believe he will be happy with the end result, our reputation depends on it.

We are now starting into the eight-month of a process I was told it only takes two months. I've emailed criminal history cleaners on 20 January and 27 January and ask for updates on where my cases stand with the courts. I have not received any response from those emails.

In a phone conversation on 17 November he told me we should be hearing back from them any day. I have been patient but now that we are moving into the fourth month from when he says those cases were filled I am looking for confirmation from the courts involved as to they whether or not they were filled and where they are in the process.

Now eight months in the process and at a cost of almost $1000 to me apparently I have nothing to show for my time and effort as well as my money. Criminal history's cleaners response was to give me information on how to follow up on the progress myself.
Where is the confirmation of where we stand with the courts today and when there will be a conclusion or not.
