I have never really been one to care about giving reviews and such, but the people at kens kars most defently deserve to be reconized, now first time I dealt with them was when I was able to co-sign for one of my daughters first car, yes they got her in a car that day and she drove it home, and was a very nive 2008 tarus, they told her they still had to do the back brakes so bring it back in a week so she could enjoy it a bit, and she did, what really impressed me as stupid as it may sound was that when they did the back brakes they also installed new rotors where as most places would have just thrown some pads on and been done, well that caught my attention anyhow. so when it came time to consider getting something else for myself, I looked in their site for a few weeks and then I found an allsome chevy suburban that just jumped out of the page, I pondered it for a few more days and looked at the pics more times than I can say, I thought, I'm gona go down and see what it would take to get it if possible, after all I was able to co-sign for my daughters car. well I called to make sure they had it and it would be on the lot and told them when I could come after work, I got there and looked at it and it was allsome, so we went inside and started the paper work pocess and after using my trailblazer as a trade in which I was hoping to do , I drove it home that night, and and we were there way after they closed to get it done. well, few days later the battery was dead, thay came out to my house and replaced it while I was at work with wifes car, free of charge. well unfortanly a week or so went by and I had some bad problems with it and it broke down at work, yea I was a bit upset but keep in mind that the cars they sell have a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and when I called an told them what was going on, they came out to my work and got it and took it to the shop, it was hard to figure out, then it was sent to gm mechanics and it spent a week and a half there being worked on, all under warranty and by the time it was all said and done they had put a lot of money in the repairs and had gone in the negative on the sale, but man they really steped up and did what they say they do, and not in the least way did they try to make me feel bad about it or try to make excusses to get out of it, honestly, they were so good about it and had put so much into fixing it that I feel bad for them, and I was the one with out my truck for almost 2 weeks, well it runs like a dream now, and all I can say is go to thease guys first, you wont be disappointed, they have all nice vehicals in their lot(mine is an 07 and looks like it just came off the showroom floor) long storie short, they keep their word
