Member had discussion with Mortgage Manager on 1/5/All salient points were discussed including policies & procedures along with our notes as to all the communication we have had with member dating back to March We consider this complaint settled

We talked with the members on 12/9/and resolved all issuesWe also agreed upon a refund of the fees in question

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Not all the issues were resolved. I have proof that at least one more transaction that was overdrafted was not
resolved. And that caused all of my others that shouldn't have been which caused two of my automatic payments not to go through. And they need to make this right it isn't the first time they have done this. And they are on a different program then what customers see on their personal computers. And QUIT calling the customers liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,*** ***
