Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After receiving a response to my complaint from Fagnelli Plumbing, I contacted Goodman (the company that holds my warranty for 6-10 years on parts and labor which Fagnelli sold me at the time my furnace was installed) and they indicated that any and all repairs made by Fagnelli on my furnace should indeed have been covered by my warranty.  Parts that were repaired or replaced in the process included the inducer motor and flue collector, all of which are integral parts of a furnace and were therefore definitely covered by my warranty; Fagnelli is now claiming to have replaced them for free out of courtesy.  At the time of the repeated repairs, however, Fagnelli technicians claimed that labor such as cleaning the inducer housing and burners was not warrantied and therefore charged me $540 for their services.  My problem is that the same issue keeps reoccurring with my furnace as it did just a few weeks ago, and I would like a permanent fix to the problem once and for all.Thank you and regards,

ID# [redacted]To whom it may concern,Fagnelli Plumbing Heating and Cooling is disputing this claim. We have been to Ms. [redacted] home numerous times to fix her furnace since installing it in 2012. their warranty through Goodman. We went out several times for Ms. [redacted] and attempted to fix her furnace and even when we found that the part on her model was not re called and out of good faith we changed it for her free of charge. Also, yes as of now our heating and cooling department is on hold due to in house issues and we will be opening it back up once we re-tool that department. We did inform our Customer Care members about this halt in service for the time being. We do not feel that we owe Ms, [redacted] $540,00 for a repair or replacement furnace. We do not hold her warranty for her furnace and if her parts and warranty is still good with Goodman she will need to contact them to find a distributor and service company that they work with for the repairs needed on her unit It was not anything that we did on the install that is causing this issue with her furnace. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact meSincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com 400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220 Pittsburgh, PA 15220In Reference to [redacted]After reviewing the response by [redacted], we again state that all she needs to do is contact a Goodman warranty company and have them direct her to a supplier who works on Goodman units and they will take care of her issue under warranty. As of right now our HVAC department is shut down and we are unable to assist her with the unit. We previously sent over invoices of the timeline from her install to date. We wish her the best in getting her issue resolved with Goodman.Again, she will need to contact a company who works with Goodman and they will be able to assist her with her furnace issues. This issue is more of a manufacture defect than a service issue. As for the $540.00 that she paid, it is not our responsibility to submit her warranty claim. If she would like to be refunded she will need to submit the claim to Goodman directly along with her receipt and they will reimburse her. We do not deal directly with the warranty company it is the homeowners responsibility to submit claims.Thank You,Ernie F[redacted]Fagnelli Plumbing Heating Cooling

THIS STATEMENT by F[redacted] is NOT TRUE.  When they INITIALLY  installed the boiler....one of the attachments to the cold water pipe started leaking at the attachment site.  They eventually came to fix it because the initial installation was faulty, not for anything that I did.  The part that was leaking was an integral part of the installation of the $6,000.00 boiler that was installed in October 2013.  At that time I signed the Customer Service Agreement, because I was under the assumption that that Customer Agreement would at some point within the year not be continued.   F[redacted] NEVER INFORMED me after I hadsigned the Customer Service agreement that it would continue INDEFINITELY. WITH THEM WITHDRAWING $16.59 from my checking account at PNC INDEFINITELY......I NEVER SIGNED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT IN 2014.  If I had continued to pay them monthly for the customer service agreement over a period of five years....without them EVER SENDING ME A REMINDER NOTICE THAT MY BOILER OR HOT WATER HEATER NEEDED SERVICING....THEN I WOULD END UP PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.....FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE....WHICH THEY NEVER INTENDED TO RENDER ANY SERVICES.   THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT IS A COMPLETE HOAX AND A RIP OFF.  I WANT MY MONEY BACK.  Jane [redacted]
