I am rejecting this response because: There was no explanation of reevaluation at 90 days. Reevaluation should've have been done around mid February and the dealer never contacted us about him changing his mind about the value of our fifth wheel. It wasn't until mid March when the dealer called with a low offer, that when I declined the offer, he told me he could no longer sell my unit for the expected price and that I should pick it up. It was then that he also told me I owed him the $200 fee. The fee was hand written on the contract at time of drop off, but it was understood we only owed the fee if WE cancelled the sale and picked up the fifth wheel then we owed the fee. Never ONCE did the dealer explain HE could cancel the contract at any time and we would still owe the money. Now the dealer also says the fee covered storage fees. No where was it stated or written that we would also be responsible for storage.  I feel the dealer needs to rewrite his contract and be more forthcoming to potential clients that they will have to pay that money no matter what. Why not charge the fee up front so there is no confusion if that's the way he is going to do business.
