Hello I called Revdex.com today and explained to them my matter(i never received this mail from you)He said to send the paper signed by the customer saying customer satisfaction and work have been complete,because you could re open the complainThe signed paper is attached to emailPlease review this matter asap because this complain is as this document can show youAnd this complain can damage a respectful business thank you PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The facts are straight forward; 1) You said you could create the same finish that was there- you did not 2) I offered to PAY you to come back and try again and you agreed if I paid for the material you would add another coat- you did not 3) You waited till my check cleared then refused to come back even though I offered to pay you- You took advantage of my trust After screaming insults at me over the phone when I tried to resolve this I choose to let the Revdex.com make it public that you are not to be trustedIf you like to settle this in small claims court, just let me know, or you can come back and do as you agreedYour husband who does the work (or is it brother?) is a very nice man, it's a shame he has such a dishonest out of control person running the businessYou however are not welcome, Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, I would like to know how you put a complain about my business without any verification of the truthThis complain does not make any senseThis customers signed our paper that says all the work we
have done was completed and satisfiedSo I do not know why he would say all theses lies and you would believe his words against a paper that he signed which was the opposite of his complain Please take this complain off your site as soon as possible because it is a big lie Thank you Cris Hardwood Floors

I am rejecting this response because:
They viewed the original finish and promised it would look the same with the same glossThey left with the floor finish WET so it looked the same until it dried the next dayThey promised to come back to add another coat because I was not satisfiedThey deliberately waited till the check cleared then became belligerent and abusive refusing to come backWhy I filed the complaint was because I even offered to PAY THEM EXTRA to come and finish what they promised, which they agreed toWhen I called to find out why they were not calling to schedule their return The response I got was abusive, called me crazy, and hung up.
They didn't even use the materials they saidspecifically the polyurethane they promised(personally saw the can in their vehicle) Consequently the result was poor when the work curedpromising to come back after my check cleared then became abusiveI want them to come back to finish, this is not personal which is why I chose the Revdex.com to voice my complaint

I don't understand how he says that we did not finish the job if  he signed the contract(I sent to Revdex.com to prove) which says that the job was satisfied and completed.
Also He lies about that the finish was not the one we said we used for the job. Because if this is the truth he would have told us on the first coat of finish that we gave(because we showed him the finish) and stopped us to put the second coat on his floor on the next day. how come that he said he saw the finish in our truck was not what he asked for and then signed the contract saying he was satisfied with our job? It does not make sense. This shows that he is not telling the truth.
 
He called us saying that he wanted another coat of poly but he woud not pay for it. I told him the contract said we were going to do 2 coats which he had agreed.Then he became threatening over the phone,which scared us. and that is why we did not want to do any other jobs for him.
Thank god I have before and after pictures of this job to prove how this job was done beautifully.And also I have a signed contract saying customer satisfied and work completed.

This customer signed a document after the job done that says that the work was satisfied and completed.
His complain is not true. It does not match what he signed  saying that he was satisfied and work was completed, therefore it is...
