Tell us why here..I called Jared November 15th and left a message with him on his answering machine telling him I had major leaks in my roofHe did not call backI called back a few days later and left a messageHe never called backI called again on Nov20th and he picked upWe spoke and he said he would come that Saturday to look at the roofHe never showed upI called him the following week and left a message and he never got back to meI called him on Dec7th and left a message and he never called back.I called him again on dec 8th and I finally spoke with himHe said he would look at the roof that afternoon but never showed upAfter several more attempts waiting for him to come to the house he finally showed upHe finally came to my house on December 15thI left signs on the house while I was at school so he could see where the leaks were and when he called me while I was at school he was on the roof and he said that he couldn't locate the sign on the house or where the leaks were coming from. He siliconed the roof where he thought the leaks were. He came back one more time and he couldn't figure out where the leaks were still coming fromHe never came back and we were expecting heavy rains. I had to find a new roofer and had to call the insurance companyThe roofer and the adjuster both arrived the day before ChristmasThe new roofer said immediately that the leak in my tenant's bedroom was coming from the shingled roof where the flashing met the shingles and he fixed it. The new roofer said that the flat roof was improperly installed and needed to be re doneMy insurance adjuster looked at the flat roof and also said that it was poor workmanship on the flat roof and that they would not cover replacing the roofHe could not believe the roof was only years oldHe thought it was a very old roof.I have had more damage done to the tenants apartment since the wetness in the ceiling dried outThere are large cracks all along where the ceiling meets the walls around the room and wet wall stains in the closet in the living room. Jarrod states that he offered to seal roof, consumer did not want, offered to meet with other roofer but was not notified. He was told by the other roofer that the leak was from the shingled part, which was not touched during original work. When I called consumer back, asking about meeting new roofer, I was told the roof was already redone.
