I purchased an ebook online, never received a confirmation email for the order or any information regarding how I could access my purchase, but my account was billed. I have made every attempt to contact the company but the phone number listed is a fax machine, the email contact listed isn't working - I have received several return emails stating "the recipient server did not accept our requests to connect" so the emails aren't going through, and their online "contact us" form isn't working - states it is unable to send the message.
