Review: My husband and I signed a contract with [redacted] for our May 28, 2011 wedding with [redacted] of Crisp Creations Photography and Graphic Design. Mrs. Crisp performed the act of taking the pictures at our wedding and reception as the contract stated. After inquiring several times for the pictures to be posted her website, they were finally avaiable for viewing in the late fall of 2012 ( I do not have th exact date). We did not receive instruction on how to order the book or pictures until I called and asked (as well as our username). I had a baby in October and did not get back on the website until the beginning of the year, as we ran into minor complications. Once I logged back in, I could not find what/ how to order the book and pictures as the directions I received originally were very vague. I called and left messages for Mrs. Crisp and then at a point, could not leave any more as her voicemail was full. I began emailing Mrs. Crisp again in July of this year both from my email and her website with no avail. On Friday, August 10th, I went to her website and it states that it was suspended ( and I cannot even view my pictures now). I tried calling and emailing and messaging her on facebook, with no response. Accorinding to our contract there was no time limit that the pictures would be available for ordering and I was always told if I had questions to contact her directly. I paid Mrs. Crisp in full ($1067.50- including tax) at the time of contract and and I am due a book of pictures and a $400 print credit to order pictures. There seems to be no response from her and according to her facebook other consumers have had the same issue of getting in contact with her. I am still due our book from the package we purchased and the print credit. I ask that I simply get a response from her to get this resolved as I am a paying customer and paid her in full. I did notify her by text on 8/11/12 that if I did hear back from her, I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would ask that I be contacted as soon as possbile from Mrs Crisp with directions on how to obtain our pictures. If she is unable to do so, I request a full refund of our fee and the disk of our pictures with all rights reservered lifted, so that we can print these ourselves. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
