TruSeal America, was not contracted to do the chip seal work on site We did not do the work on site We have attached our invoices to this community for the work we did The Chip seal would have been over more I have contacted the property management company about this problem and will continue to work through this as needed As we first heard of this issue four days agoWe ask that the complaint be removed from our Company

It is unfortunate that [redacted] feels that we have done him wrongI have responded to every meeting request, I have answered all of his questions, I have brought outside experts in to explain the way paving new asphalt driveways worksI have listened and responded as best I possibly could to someone very focused on pretty vslong term resultsWe did a tremendous amount of base work and hand work to get these driveways to look nice and have been very responsiveOur goal is to install a long lasting product but with any asphalt installation there will be seamsI can only explain this in so many ways also bringing in other experts to try and make [redacted] comfortableI highly doubt if the seams are gone by mid summer that [redacted] writes a retraction to thisI also never said that if he took me to court that I would not show upI said we would lien the property if we were not paid as [redacted] is complaining about the appearance of a seam on an asphalt pad made to last years instead of the pad itself and the integrity of the padHe has been repeatedly told that seams are and will blend in but he now will try and attack the name of our business and reputation as he did not get his wayThe other members of the Board were 100% satisfied with the work as seams are common on driveways when they are first installed [redacted] and his neighbor have been complaining about the seams even though engineers from [redacted] Corpwhich manufactures the material told ***, his neighbor, and the remaining board members that seams were standard and that they would dissipate by next summerI have talked to several homeowners onsite that were very happy to have a new driveway and they are making full use of their driveways on a daily basisI'm at a loss to give any further resolution to this complaintI have met onsite, answered questions, done everything I can doI will not give a discount based on a persons opinion on a seam when the experts know it is fine

TruSeal America, was not contracted to do the chip seal work on site.  We did not do the work on site.  We have attached our 2015 invoices to this community for the work we did.  The Chip seal would have been over 9000 more.  I have contacted the property management company about...

It is unfortunate that [redacted] feels that we have done him wrong. very focused on pretty vs. long term results. We did a tremendous amount of base work and hand work to get these driveways to look nice and have been very responsive. Our goal is to install a long lasting product but with any asphalt installation there will be seams. I can only explain this in so many ways also bringing in other experts to try and make [redacted] comfortable. I highly doubt if the seams are gone by mid summer that [redacted] writes a retraction to this. I also never said that if he took me to court that I would not show up. I said we would lien the property if we were not paid as [redacted] is complaining about the appearance of a seam on an asphalt pad made to last 20 years instead of the pad itself and the integrity of the pad. He has been repeatedly told that seams are normal and will blend in but he now will try and attack the name of our business and reputation as he did not get his way. The other 2 members of the Board were 100% satisfied with the work as seams are common on driveways when they are first installed. [redacted] and his neighbor have been complaining about the seams even though engineers from [redacted] Corp. which manufactures the material told [redacted], his neighbor, and the remaining board members that seams were standard and that they would dissipate by next summer. I have talked to several homeowners onsite that were very happy to have a new driveway and they are making full use of their driveways on a daily basis. I'm at a loss to give any further resolution to this complaint. I have met onsite, answered questions, done everything I can do. I will not give a discount based on a persons opinion on a seam when the experts know it is fine.

I reject his response and the cheep quality of work on my driveway. Only meet them once, many driveways are terrible and expect them to do what is right and fix it, re blacktop. Many people are not happy. Would retract after resolution.
