clothes and they are damaged. I requested him to bring the clothes back in so I could inspect them. Customer brought the clothes back in 20 minutes later I personally along with another associate inspected the clothes 1, Coat was reversible and the area customer was stating damaged was just the material inside the jacket manufacturer used to do embroidery on both sides. 2, Coat which the customer is complaining faded after cleaning and got torn. The coat was cleaned as per care label on the coat from the manufacturer It was black in color and just like customer is complaining it lost color I am sure it probably did since it was the first time he got it cleaned and if it's not color safe dye used by the manufacturer it always loose a little color in first cleaning the 2 colors which always get effected are ( Red & Black) There is also a disclaimer on the back of out ticket that we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage. As far as the torn in complain it was size of a quarter coin on the inside of both sleeves almost at the same spot on both sleeves I assured customer that I am certain I don't have any machine which would rip on the inside edge at both sleeves if any kinda torn would occur it would torn it into pieces because all the equipment is industrial strength and we don't have any equipment which would make such precise torn impressions. Customer also mentioned that he is a truck driver and it was his work jacket on which I advised him that the torn's were most likely from wear and tear at work and not from cleaning. Customer got outraged, calling names Loud and created drama in the store I advised him to leave the store. It came to a point where Chicago Police had to be called in to escort MR, [redacted] out of the store since it was past 7PM and we were not able to close the store. Mr. [redacted] left the store before police arrived.
