Lady behind desk wears mask and works sick. On February 3rd 2020 around 8:30 am I asked her to refund me on items and she said she couldn't because I paid credit. She told me she was busy and couldn't help me. Only two customers were in the store. Also saw little brown bugs crawling around the food some of the food looks days old. She was very rude rushing each customer out of the store even greeted rudely and rushed every second.

Desired Settlement ID: Refund I need my refund to my card I also need contact to the health department about her working with flu or whatever virus she has. Also no gloves.

The incident reported should have been handled better. English is a second language for the worker referenced in the complaint. That made it difficult for her to properly communicate that she did not know the procedure to issue a credit card refund.
As stated, this should have been handled better. The business owner is prepared to issue a refund to the customer. She will need to contact the store ownerdirectly in order to arrange a time to meet at Crispy Donuts to issue the refund.
Employees do not work if ill! The worker mentioned in the complaint was undergoing dental work at the time, and was missing teeth. She was wearing a mask to hide her missing teeth - so a vanity issue, not a health issue.
Gloves are used by workers who handle food directly. Workers often utilize tongs. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing processes are in place, and food safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
