My husband and I recently bought a [redacted] at cristal auto 2000 inc. From our first encounter with salesman "Habib" we were off to a wonderful start. he was very patient, listened to details of what we wanted to buy and was just great. We found him to be very professional and business like.So he really helped our experience buying our vehicle there to be smooth sailing!!!!!

[redacted] My husband and I bought a car from Cristal Dealership last year. We bought a [redacted] 2010 [redacted]. Habib was the salesperson who sold us the car. He was a great salesperson, however we were lead to believe that the car was "MINT" in perfect condition. After a few days of purchasing the car, we already had problems with it. We brought it back and their mechanic fixed whatever was wrong with it. But it was a hassle. Our own personal mechanic stated their would be issues with the car and there are! Our mechanic believes that the Kilometers on the car have been changed. Now the engine light is on, my mechanic reset the engine light and said "if this engine light comes on again you have major problems and it would not be worth fixing". [redacted] When you complain they do not do anything about it, they brush you aside, or never answer their phone or never call you back. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy a car from here.

We just purchased a [redacted] from Cristal 2000. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. They were always available to answer questions and remained that way even after we drove the car off the lot. We will definitely purchase another vehicle from Cristal 2000 and I will recommend them to friends and family!

I figured I'd try and see if I could get one, and with the help of Tony from Cristal auto he was able to secure financing options and go above and beyond what I'd seen from anyone else.
