Review: Based on available [redacted] reviews I selected this company to provide a replacement glass table top. On August 31, 2014 their representative came to my home and measured for this glass top, he provided an estimate,$410.40, including sales tax. He requested and received a $200 deposit, my check cleared my bank the following day. He estimated delivery in two weeks.After two weeks had passed I called a number of times, each time getting only an answering machine, they never responded to my messages.On August 25th, I sent them an email requesting status of my order. I received a response stating they were behind due to men on vacation, but they anticipated a delivery by "the end of the week". I emailed back requesting a specific time and date and they responded with 10AM on Friday, August 29th.On that Friday they did not show up nor did they respond to my phone or email messages.On September 3, 2014 I sent them a Certified letter requesting either a delivery date or the return of my deposit. On September 8th, I called and left a message.As of today I have received no response to any communication.Desired Settlement: I request the return of my $200 deposit.
