UTV Headquarters was sent my returned plastic UTV windshield with email confirmation from *** *** that credit for the purchase would be refunded to credit card on receiving shipped returned product UTV Headquarters presiding employee *** *** also responded in attached email that it would be OK for me to purchase a replacement product I did on that notification purchase a replacement product at a cost to me of $ No where in writing or verbally was I told that the refund was contingent on a laboratory inspection After product was returned and a replacement was purchased with B*** *** approval credit to my credit card was denied stating I was directly responsible for hairline markings at center of plastic windshield My position is written documentation of approval of credit to credit card is forth coming is legally considered a contract Perhaps UTV Headquarters should enact a formal MRA process as not to wrongfully commit to refund if a lab test/inspection is r
I ordered gun racks from utv headquarters on 12/2/did not receive conformation of shipment, after week I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped they did not respond for business days so I called themI was told by them that the order would be shipped the next day, and they responded to email immediately following phone call stating the same as phone callI get my order and it's the wrong model altough my conformation email states proper size and fitment but the manufacturer's website states that this model is inches to small
I ordered side mirrors for my Polaris General off-road vehicle They were Seizmik model *** and advertised to fit my machine by clamping to the roll cage These mirrors were originally designed to fit a Polaris Ranger, which has a vertical roll cage The Polaris General roll cage is tilted inward and twisted slightly These mirrors do not adjust to compensate for this tilt and twist, so getting a proper rear view is not possible They sell an additional bracket to mount the mirror elsewhere, but nowhere does it state it is required for a proper fit, nor do I want to mount them in the alternate locationJerome, whom I spoke with at the manufacturer, even told me that the brackets that come with the mirrors were designed for the Ranger and it was too costly to redesign them for the General UTV Headquarters refused to take the mirrors back unless I paid the return shipping I have also disputed the purchase through my credit card issuer
