Like I spoke to you over the phone, no employee or contractor has ignore Mr*** phones callsI spoke to him back on July told him we need it the pool deck to seat for six month to a year to make sure there will be no other crack on deck, and he agreed.Mr*** call at the beginning of
December and I told him that we wore book for the month of December to please give me a chance to speak with the contractor to see when he could go fix the small crack on the deckHe was fine with it.Then he call me again and I was busy and my assistance told him she is busy, she will call you backWell I didn't call him back, my Contractor did*** spoke to Mr*** and they both agree that on the of January of he would call him to see when was the best time to go and fix the crack, Contractor even ask him if there wore anymore cracks and he answer no just that oneHe agreed, therefore I don't understand the reason of this complaintYou have ask me to set a date and time, this is what I do have available and will doCrack will be fix, the amount of this fixing doesn't exceed the amount of $500.00, and will be done.
