Metro USA Construction Inc has reached out to the home owner pertaining this complaint and Home Owner agrees to settlement. Metro USA already paid said Plumber to complete job, also a copy of new permit was sent to homeowner and homeowner spoke to plumber verifying payments. Home Owner agrees to remove all complaint upon completion of job, which has already started and this can be verified by homeowner

Good Day,Please be advised that this complaint has already been addressed with the homeownerThe homeowner collected the check from our company to personally hand over to the plumber in order to have him prepare the sign off for the job, also the electrician was already paid to prepare a sign off on his endThus both the plumbing and electrical sign offs are in process, just waiting for approvalThis message was also related to the homeowner.
