Review: On May 3 2014 I made a transaction on my debit card and was charged twice for the transaction in the amount of $167.05 and now unable to have my funds returned.Desired Settlement: I'd like a full refund as well as have this business looked into.

May 20, 2014Dear Cristy Multiservices Inc.This letter is regarding a conversation that took place today in regards to a pin based debit transaction for $167.05 billed to card ending [redacted] from May 3, 2014. The debit card was billed twice for $167.05, once on May , 2014, and once on May 12, 2014, due to the transaction falling into suspense. Transactions that are processed through suspense are not reviewed until the 6thbusiness day following the transaction date and then processed on the 7th business day.Cristy MultiService LLC would not have been aware that the second billing had occurred.Sincerely,
