Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We were never told there would be extra charges to come out more than one time The job hired was to remove the raccoons Never once was anything said that there would be extra charges to come out and look at the traps We have talked to the DNR and to other parties that are very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations and we have been told it is illegal to transport an animal to any other property So either something was done illegally or we where lied to as to where the raccoon was taken We have been notified by several people they have had nothing but problems with this company We in fact do not want them to come back to resolve the raccoon issue I will not work with this company ever again We have paid for the mouse mouse traps and will expect these to be be watched until our term is up The only resolution to this would be a refund, because the raccoons were never removed properly [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

I was validating information provided by the customer I have spoken to this customer and her husband on several occasions via phone, in person and via email The initial quote was for standard animal removal, installing a trap on a roof of their pitch and location takes additional time and materials They were notified of this, and choose to continue with the basic services We did additional work in setting the equipment multiple times, and making daily trips out to the property, since this is not the customers primary residence After removing the animal, we were informed, they are not even the sole owner of the property, and were notified by a third party that they possibly wanted additional services performed The "owners" of the property are not properly communicating amongst themselves, and are providing conflicting information to our company Therefore, we are unable to provide additional animal control services at this time We will continue to provide the mouse services through the end of the contract period[redacted] Crit R Gitters A Critters Inc Company(920) 907-

A refund will not be issued, we have photographs showing that the animals were removed from the property as agreed We have already waived the additional charges that were due, and that is the only discount that will be applied to their account We have already attempted to resolve this issue, and the customer refuses to understand that we have performed ALL of the work that was agreed to, for the prices that were agreed to We have completed all work in accordance with the law, and any indication by the customer that we have done anything outside of that scope is slanderous Again, we will NOT be issuing any additional refunds, as we have completed the work agreed to and more

The customer has received all products and services that were contracted Customer stated there was no interior access to the attic space, and chose not to purchase our equipment for placement inside the residence We will continue with the services that were contracted for, for the remaining term of the contract The customer chose to post untrue statements to social media, and if it continues we will pursue slander charges The customer should read all documents they sign before they sign them, and understand the terms they are agreeing toNo refund will be provided

I am not satisfied! They still didn't come, and if they were coming like they said four times a year they should of been here by now....The traps are mine so they don't need to come looking for them unless I get a refund! I am not the only customer they stole from!

I was validating information provided by the customer.  I have spoken to this customer and her husband on several occasions via phone, in person and via email.  The initial quote was for standard animal removal, installing a trap on a roof of their pitch and location takes additional time...

We have resolved this issue by having a roofing contractor (by the customers request) fulfill the remaining steps of the contracted services.  Per that contractor the customer was satisfied with the resolution.  If the customer has any other questions or concerns, we encourage them to...

contact us via phone or email, and we will attempt to resolve any outstanding issues.Thank You, and we apologize for the misunderstanding.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We acknowledge the ridge vents were replaced by a roofing contractor and we are satisfied with this service.  But the pest removal service still has the one way bat escape tube (initially installed last year) under the eave by the northern most dormer. The roofing contractor told us that this was the responsibility of the pest control firm to remove this and finalize the eave flashing. We also need a letter from the pest control firm indicating that they have removed the bats and remedied the situation as committed to by the pest control company during our initial evaluation.  We need this in order to affirm to any future buyers of our home that we promptly and professionally eliminated the bat issue in the attic.  Thank you very much.[redacted]

Review: On 19 August 2013 had an inspection done which resulted in bats in attic. $510.00 was paid (VISA) as deposit. On 21 September 2013 bat extraction was installed and while the contract calls for 9 dormers to be repaired with white metal) we have 4 dormers and white metal was applied to potential cracks. Once the bats were gone they would return to remove vent ridge, install bat guard ire, install new ridge vent, and install new shingle cap.

No where on the original contract did it request full payment before full services rendered. We received a statement on 22 September 2013 saying that the balance of $2032.16 was Past Due by 30 days. We didn't realize they wanted full payment BEFORE the job was done. By 13 November we called again to find out if this was to be completed before winter and told possibly if weather holds before holidays. No one explained payment before service until after 22 November when we received another statement saying we were overdue. On 10 December 2013 a check was sent for the balance of $2032.16.

On 9 June 2014 we called and were told would have to check with the guys to see when they would complete the job. Calls were placed on 21 July 2014 (went to voicemail) no response; 22 July 2014 n answer; 24 July 2014 was told the guys were 2 weeks out. On 5 August called and the guys were still 2 weeks out; 21 August were told rain delays, asked to speak to owner and was told [redacted] the owner refuses to speak to us. Lee requested a call from the owner anyway. As of 25 August, no response, no date as to when the repairs will be finished.

We have a tube in our roof, the vent hasn't been replaced, bat guard wire hasn't been installed and the new shingle cap isn't on. We had plans to put our house on the market by 1 September but we can't because the work isn't completed. We have nothing to show potential buyers that the bat problem has been resolved.Desired Settlement: We want to put our house on the market and get it sold. Lee has started a new job out of state. We must have the bat issue resolved to be able to sell our house. If we are not on the market by Labor Day we will be missing prime selling [redacted]e, per our real estate agent.

As of 19 August 2014 it has been over 1 year to finish our project. This is unacceptable. If they aren't going to finish the job we want a full refund and we will have to job done somewhere else.

we will proceed with the remaining work as scheduled. The customer was satisfied with the portion of the work he was having an issue with. We will remove the extractor once we are certain that all of the bats have left the property.

I called Crit R Gitters when it was discovered that we had possums under our house. I was told on the phone that there would be a $95.00 inspection fee and no other mention of more money due.

The man came to our house for the inspection, he walked around the house and looked into one vent. He asked if I was sure it was a possum and I said No I was not sure that just what we thought it was. He said he would put up and cage and that I had to check it every morning.

he then went to do paperwork he came back with a price of 215.00 with the inspection fee and another 62.00 charge for EVERY animal they removed on top of the 215.00. none of these extra prices were told to me on the phone. I had to call him the first morning saying that we did find an animal an he came and got it but didn't even put more food in the trap for more animals. We had to put more food in the trap

Basiclly I think that we were charged way to much for the service he provided. All he did was walk once around my house and set up one trap the rest was up to me.

When he came to pick up the trap my husband questioned about why the price was so much and he blew up and started yelling at my husband and never did tell us why the cost was so much. He was extremely unprofessional and did not inform me of prices I felt obligated to sign the contract due to a child with many allergies in the house and the animals needed to be gone.

Review: I had critters in my roof so I had them come out told me they were mice. He wouldn't do any work until I paid him in full. He then set traps around the house/garage. Before he left he gave me a business card and a yellow paper that explained nothing. Told me that if I had a problem to call. Well 3 weeks ago I called the cell number and got the answering machine, left a message was told on the answering machine that I would get a call back by the end of the next business day. I got NO such call!! I waited a week and called the office and the only thing she kept repeating was I had to set traps in the house!! I don't have mice in the house, they are in the roof. Nothing was done so I again called the cell and again no call back!! So I called the office got his rude receptionist and was told that I had to wait until my scheduled time unless I wanted to pay more then he would come back and check the traps!! I asked when that was and she told me that she didn't know and that she didn't have the paper work he did!?!?Desired Settlement: I would like him to give me a full refund so I could go to someone that is honest and will live up to their word.
