I am rejecting this response because of the myriad times we've been told that the work will be completed with no action/no delivery of the work Everything I've listed here has been previously communicated that it will be resolved, with no timely action taken by this contractor
Our general contractor has had the same issues we've had in terms on connecting with this team - either lack of response or severely delayed response A symptom here is a contractor that was basically paid in full, but then a related contractor doesn't get paid and puts a mechanic's lien on the job Is this how well run organizations take care of their business?
The landscaping I'm referring to is the fill around the base of the pool This work cannot be completed until the leak issues are all understood and resolved A primary leak was detected by (what I referred to as the third party) the plaster contractor and potentially resolved - this has not been confirmed There are other areas around the back of the pool that remain consistently wet that need to be addressed
Given the history of work performed by this group, I will leave this issue open until all open items are resolved If that is done by the end of this week (with one day gone already with no action), then I'll be surprised

We are well aware of the issues left on the contract. We will have it finished this week. We have never brought in a third party to find leaks. It has been done by my superintendent or the contractors we hired. We will install auto fill and RPZ.

all calls and responses where to go thru him. The few times that Abel talked to homeowner , he was told that everything was to go thru [redacted] only. Contract signed by RiverRocK
We don't do any landscaping. We do furnish 6 yards sandy loam. Which I will have delivered. Pits have been wet so we could not send it out.
