The best information I can get is below the tech that worked on the generator is no longer with my company 1-7-15 *** the Tech had down he replace the carburetor and adjusted the values , unit was still not working right so he called ***c back to update them
, they ship him a seal and bushes *** went back out and install the seal and brushes and unit still did not work right next shipment was a mixer * *** again ship parts , after parts came in *** replace it and still would not work right under load at this point is about the time the tech was leaving for a new job , but we did not know about the generator not working , tech said everything was done on his list *** called me on my cell * *** ) and wanted to know what was going on with the generator , I went out the next day and check it to see what was going on , *** *alled me back the next day to see what I had found out , I let her know that it was not working right and that we would not let owner take it back because it would not work for himat this point *** said that she would ship a new unit to the owner , free of charge trying to trace down everything over the week end I have found out that this *** generator was listed under three names a *** *** was the name that was on the generator a *** *** name is in part of the work paper too not sure why a *** *** *** is the complaint on your paper work and it is show tha* *** *** is the owner on *** site so it looks as if *** *** must have sold it to *** *** * I think after talking to Josh * *** *** is the one who drop it offI do not know at all who is the owner for sure , we have names for this generator , I have talk to three of my employee’s that has help me to run down what has happenno other paper work has been filed with *** to show that anyone has sent in the warranty papers on this generatorwarranty on line show that *** *** sold ,it but no one filed out the warranty papers looking into it I’m not sure why we have it to start with, he has or more dealers in that area that is closer than we are and a whole lot less units to work on, they are miles away from usbut any how I did talk to *** * *** ) and we did get him a new unit for free , the long repair is two things , we tell everyone that we are booked up all the time and if they need it back with quick turnaround we just cannot do it, we do not have the man powerIn the state of WV we 8* *** dealer in the state and only a hand full that will work on the unitsplus you have every *** *** * *** * *** *** * etcwho sale and no one to service any of themI’m guess that is why someone came over hours driving time to bring it to us to start withThe other thing is it takes week or more to get shipments from *** , so after *** would get off the phone , he then would need to get ahold o* *** who orders the parts , we have yearly service and we do not have anyone just setting at the shop to work on a unit , so if someone drops offso we have to work the units in between the other work that has been contracted already to doI wish that we could have had the unit up and running the next day , but it just doesn’t work that way , we have to work on it , find out what we can , order the parts ( after getting OK from *** * we get the partsI would love to have more people to work , but we have looked for years and as long as we have a to ratio that is sales of one place working on them , in no way can we or anyone else keep up with the demandI’m sorry the guy did not get his unit fixed faster , sometimes we can get them out the door the same day as we work on them , if we need to order parts , then it is wait for the parts and get the parts , get the tech back on the unit , is two times working on it and it is out the door, this one never did work right with all the parts *** *ut on itI’m not happy looking at all paper work that is on this generator , trying to trace down who and what , with three names*** *s gone and I cannot get his input on all that happen or did not happen, going off his paper work , not sure what al* *** has on their side of things I cannot get their notes on the unit all what all they said and did. I do know we were waiting for parts and *** to work on it, when the parts came in *** would return to the repair shop to work on it *** has given owner a new at no cost Thanks *** *** PS if you need more information please call me *** is my direct number

In response to the complaint received on April 27, On March 2, 2016, we received a call from customer stating that there was an oil leak in the generator unit and that the unit dies when electric furnace is set to emergency setting and that the
lockout was connect only to runOn April 8, 2016, our service technician went to customer’s residenceHe completed the oil leak repairThen proceeded to check the gas pressure coming into the generator to try to determine why the unit dies when furnace is on emergency settingCustomer stated that when the furnace came on the generator unit would shut off It seemed that the generator was not receiving enough gas to runThe service technician changed the generator’s fuel pin and it still did not help and took a video to show that there was still not enough gas coming into the generator to allow it to run properly After the visit on April 8th, I, personally, went to the residence to follto see if I could pin point the problemI checked the gas pressure coming from the gas well, there was little to no gas pressure at this timeWe checked the regulator and it was full of fluids, so we installed a new regulatorAfter the regulator was changed, there was no gas pressure coming from the gas well to neither the house nor the generatorI took customer to the well location and showed him that there was no gas and the tap was offI advised the customer that the problem was with the gas pressure coming from the gas well, numerous timesIf there is not enough gas pressure coming into generator it will not work properlyOnce this is fixed the generator will runWe caught up with a well tender, who happened to be in the area that day and explained the situation to him He stated that he was busy that day and said that he would get back to the customer to fix the gas issueI, again, advised the customer that the problem was with the gas pressure coming from the gas wellIf there is not enough gas pressure coming into generator it will not work properlyOnce this is fixed the generator will runRegards,
