Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/02) */
Our 1st appointment was on 6/1/to figure out what is wrong with the Jennair Ranhave everyone of our customers sign a waiver which states. The technician is currently unable to diagnosis the failure due to obstructionCrites is not
responsible for moving obstructions, including, but not limited to built-in,appliances,systems,cabinets,tile and floor coveringsf you request the technician to provide this service, the technician is not liable for such damages to all floor, appliances, cabinets, tile, trim, all wall and floor coveringsCrites will not take liability to such areas in order to diagnosis and repair the appliance correctly-WHICH WAS CLEARLY SIGNEDOn 06/our tech returned to put in the control board and door sealOne more part was needed and we had to orderThere was no markings on Range of any Model or serial number so I the office manager had to look at pics to find correct part, which I did from 06/01/When Mrs demanded we come back the same day we indicated to her that we didn't have room in our schedule and we ruined her Anniversary dinner with her husbandThen Mrs called back when she didn't get us to return the same day or the next that someone had damaged her rangeI then called AHS and had it transferred to another Company because of the accusationsI then Gave the Next Company all the information on the unit and what part was neededThey went and found no failures with the unitThe unit was damaged before 06/01/WE never move any appliance because the homeowner has to make it accessible to the techIf the Homeowner cant they MUST sign a waiver clearing us of all LiabilitiesWhich was done by Mrs The issue was taken to AHS and we showed them the waiver and they no longer had anything to do with the issue

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/12/17) */
On November 2,2015 we assesed that the micorwave was making noises. The first tech discovered that the electrical componets were bad and we ordered by THEIR Warranty Company. On 11/12/2015 our tech went to install the parts. The Tech discovered...

that the vent going out was installed improperly. We ordered the the vent fan motor and went back to install on 12/11/2015. Working for the Warranty Companies if different parts are ordered they HSA are required to collect a service fee. Crites was doing what we were Instructed by the warranty Company. The Warranty Company makes that decision. Alot Of homeowners get mad at Us because we are instructed By the warranty company to collect. In the case of the damaged part we Crites have all homeowners sign a waiver taking Liability of parts being damaged because we must gain acess to the appliance. Alot of appliances have parts that expand and contract due to age,and usuage. That is why we have Every homeowner sign the waiver. I The office Manger did hang up on the Homeowner after she shouted and Cussed. But did remind her she did not need to talk to me in that manner. In the end Crites fixed a microwave that should have been denied by the warranty Company for Improper Installation and the Second service fee was collected by the Warranty Comapny Not the homeowner.
