Excellent service, worth every [redacted]. [redacted], the owner, is reliable and truly cares, and is extremely responsive. Our specific sitter, [redacted], is part of our pets life now, and we wouldn't leave town without scheduling her pet-sitting. I am extremely picky, specifically about cleanliness, and [redacted] followed my directions to the tee and I came back to a happy cat and clean home. We also got daily pictures and updates per visit, and then a set of written notes to go over when we returned. Highly recommend for quality pet sitting you can trust!

At the same time, the level of care and individual attention that the sitters give to the pets is really unbelievable. When we are out of town, I don’t spend a second worrying about our dogs back at home. I know that they are being treated as well as if I were there… maybe better!

I definitely recommend Criter Caretakers Pet Sitting. I've had sitters in the past but [redacted] absolutely love her job and even my fur babies can sense her passion and love for animals. She is the only person who managed to make my shy cat come out on the first day who never show up to anyone, only her! I can't begin to express how happy I am with Critter Caretakers! [redacted] and [redacted] took the time to come over and meet my cats and thoroughly explain their policies before I left on vacation. My cats can be very finicky about strangers, especially my [redacted]. I've had cat sitters who said they never saw him the entire time they came in and only knew he was eating because his food always disappeared. But he and my other cat came right out to meet [redacted] and [redacted] and made friends with them from the start. I was gone 11days and [redacted] and [redacted] took turns sending me daily emails with pictures of my kitties. Such contact is tremendously reassuring when you are away from the pets you love. In addition to simply feeding and cleaning litter boxes, they took time to play with my kitties and also left detailed daily notes summarizing each of their visits. I think [redacted] (my tabby) has spent the morning today looking for [redacted] and wondering why she hasn't come to play. (Apparently my "play" attempts don't measure up. LOL!)
