I recently discovered rats in the attic and called Critter Control Midsouth to see if they could find out how the rats were getting inA very professional young man, Derek, checked the entire attic and discovered the entry point was where we had a patio cover installedUnbeknownst to us, the installers took down the animal exclusion protection when they put up the patio cover Critter Control Midsouth trapped the rats, and made necessary repairs at a very reasonable costThe repair crew were professionals who know exactly how to make the repairs and the work area was thoroughly cleaned up when they were done I believe the business owner is Mark RandallHe has a great crew and I would highly recommend Critter Control Midsouth to anyone having pest problems

I want to commend Mark R [redacted] & Critter Control for providing excellent and professional customer service. He quickly responded to a phone message I had left on a Sunday afternoon and talked me through a resolution of my particular pest issue (i.e., a snake in my backyard) without even making a service call. He didn't even charge me anything for it. I will without a doubt contact Critter Control in the future should I ever have any pest control needs again. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Mark R[redacted] has been nothing but incredibly helpful and professional to deal with. On our first interaction, he carved out time during his day to swing by our house and hunt for a critter. We were unsuccessful. A few days later, I called him to ask a few questions, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable.....offering his expertise over the phone for free!
Just today, we asked him back out to our home, and he found the critter in our home, and was nothing but polite and (again), incredibly helpful! He has gone above and beyond to help our family. I will absolutely call him the first moment we have another issue, and highly recommend him to others!
