Critter Control of Northern DE

I had an issue with bats in my attic. My regular Pest Control company kept telling me that there were mice or Rats up there, but the noises persisted and the droppings kept accumulating. I couldn't sleep. And the smell was horrendous! I then called Critter Control. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and said that she would have the manager call me. Just a few minutes later, my phone range and I spoke with Eric who asked me some initial questions about what I had experienced then offered to come inspect the situation right away! He arrived within an hour, and had determined that there was a colony of bats in my attic, not mice. The time it took him to do that and find where their entrance was took him less than 15 minutes.
Once he came back with his proposal, I was initially a little shocked by the price (over 5k) but when he explained everything to me, I learned a lot about bats that I would have never known! He was a true expert. I decided to spend the money because of that confidence that they could handle the job.
A few days later, a different fellow returned to start the work. He was a very nice young man, and quiet. I had almost forgotten that he was out there on a ladder working! Phase 1 of the job took him only a few hours. They claimed that the bats would be out by the next day, so my husband and I sat outside that night and watched the tube that they installed. Wouldn't you know it, bats started flying out!!! Even better was watching a few of them return only to have no way back in! Impressive Work!
The second phase of the job was to remove the attic insulation, and remaining droppings. After they were done, I could finally be at ease knowing that the health risk in my home had been taken care of.
