The person who has filed the complaint must have our website confused with another company. Critter Control of RENO has NEVER been a member of the [redacted]. Final Business Response Confirmed website with our marketing department. Some Critter Control offices (we are franchised) do belong to the [redacted]. It was a mistake with our marketing department and we contacted them Friday to update the Reno's marketing site as soon as possible.
