We guarantee our repairs for yearsSquirrels are knawing rodents and can chew holes in wood very easilyWhen we do a hole closure, we use metal that squirrels can not chew throughBecause squirrels can chew now holes, we can only
guarantee our repaired holes; we cannot and do not guarantee the whole houseMy technician did not tell her that once a hole is closed, the squirrels will chew a new oneIt is possible for squirrels to chew new holes once a hole is closed, but that usually happens sooner rather than laterThere was months between our hole closure and Ms***'s phone call regarding the new squirrel activityif squirrels simply chew a new hole when one is closed, she would have had new squirrel damage immediatelyOur guarantee is in writing, it is in effect, and we will honor ither repair is guaranteed for years

time of the service we explained that we were likely to catch non-target animals. They told us that they had removed over a dozen animals. Not only did this cost us lost revenue, but it also cost us in time and labor when we had to reset traps they had tampered with.
At the time we started the job, we were relocating all of the animals we caught in live traps to wildlife areas. In June of 2014, the State of Missouri took away most of our release sites so we had to begin euthenizing animals. This policy change was not one that we wanted to make. I explained this to Ms. [redacted] when she questioned me about her bill.
We caught 2 groundhogs, 1 opossum and 1 raccoon (that we know of). Our invoices reflect those contracted prices. I offered to pro-rate the service call that they paid for the 3 months left on their service agreement ($37.25) in exchange for payment of their outstanding invoices.

We were told it that animals caught in the trap HAD to be released in 24 hours so we HAD to check them every day. He was most insistent on this point. So my husband did this. The representative did not say anything about other animals but just to call them if it was a ground hog. We did not "tamper" with the traps but responsibly monitored them every day. The company said they would pro-rate the service after they fired us, but said we had to pay for all the animals we released. We are not willing to do this. Furthermore, when they started killing the animals, they should have informed us.
